Stand2 is a UK-based training provider specialising in conflict management, de-escalation, personal safety and physical intervention training for organisations with a duty of care to their staff. Established over 25 years ago in Worcester, Stand2 has trained more than 150,000 people and works with NHS trusts, ambulance and probation services, local authorities, schools, transport operators and retail businesses across the UK. Training is delivered through a five-level course pathway matched to each organisation’s risk profile, built on operational experience and ongoing research. Stand2 is accredited as an AIM Centre, Cyber Essentials, Living Wage, Disability Confident and Armed Forces Covenant certified.
